Most people are going so wrong with their diet nowadays, just keep it simple.
But most people go wrong from as soon as they wake up!! Don't be that guy.
When we wake up (naturally) we have higher cortisol (stress hormone), higher blood sugar, and higher adrenaline which is to get us alive and kicking in the morning. Hence why guys get 'morning glory' (I think that's the technical term).
As soon as you add sugar into your breakfast you are 100% automatically switching off fat loss!! And setting yourself up for a roller-coaster of a day. Don't do it, simply swap it for something high in protein such as an omelette, which is just EGGcelent. Anyway less of that.
Protein in the morning will equal better fat loss.
